Terms Of Sale

  • All Price quoted in this list are in Indian Rupees
  • GST rate mentioned in the price list is as applicable at the time of printing of the price list. Whoever GST rate shell be changed as applicable at the time of supply.
  • This Price List cancels our old price-list. The Price quoted are those applicable at the time of printing and are subject to alternation without notice. All price given in this list are understood to be ex-our or our authorised distributor's godown. We reserve the right to invoice goods at prices ruling on the date of despatch.
  • Orders of only standard packs shall be accepted.
  • The prices mentioned in this price List are inclusive of Excise Duty/Custom Duty wherever applicable, and exclusive of all other applicable taxes and levies. e.g. octroi, GST etc which shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of supply.
  • Supplies are made against cash, C. O. D. or payment against document through banks either by us or by our Authorised Distributors.
  • All expenses of packing, forwarding, freight/courier charges are extra. However packing charges will not be charged on all supplies above Rs. 10000/- Nett at one time.
  • Our products are packed with utmost care and forward at the customer's risk. No claim for breakage, damage will be entertained after the goods have left our godown. Goods once sold will not be accepted for credit exchange.
  • Goods can be insured at customer's request at 1.5% of the invoice value. Charges for such insurance will be made in the invoice.
  • No amendment or cancellation of orders will be accepted once the goods have been packed for despatch.
  • While we or our Authorised Distributors make every effort to adhere to the delivery schedule, no responsibility what so ever will be accepted for non delivery or delayed delivery.
  • As per our policy of regular improvement, any specification can be changed, altered without any prior notice.
  • The above terms are for the customers with whom we do not have the rate contract. The terms as per rate contract shall apply to the customers, we have the rate contract with.
  • All transactions are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
  • Separate price & terms shall be submitted for overseas (export) sales.
